NBI's Quality System has been certified under ISO9001:2000 since May of 2003. NBI successfully passed its three-year re-assessment/recertification audit in May of 2006. Our commitment to quality is evident in all phases of our business.

Along with the implementation of ISO 9001:2000; NBI has in-process inspections at critical stages of manufacturing. Inspections are performed using appropriate magnification specified in IPC-A-610. Inspectors have been trained and certified to IPC-A-610 Rev D as the workmanship standard. NBI has X-Ray inspection capability for inspecting BGA, mBGA and CSP technology devices.

Inspection data is monitored and analyzed for feedback and continuous improvement.
