Along with the implementation of ISO 9001-2015, NBI has in-process inspections at critical stages of manufacturing. Inspections are performed using appropriate magnification specified in IPC-A-610. Inspectors have been trained and certified to IPC-A-610 as the workmanship standard. NBI has X-Ray inspection capability for BGA, mBGA, and CSP technology devices.

Inspection data is monitored and analyzed for feedback and continuous improvement.
